What a privilege to work with clients whose love for colourful and bright spaces is just as strong as mine! It is not that we do not like cosy neutrals, it’s that we love seriously confident brights even more! To create positive spaces that brighten people’s lives is truly magical and I am so pleased with how inviting these spaces are. Inspired by contemporary artist and fashion designer Roksanda Ilincic’s iconic dresses, these lounge schemes combine rhubarb and raspberry tones with textural rugs and bold artwork. The result is a series of playful spaces which will surely bring wonder and joy to their users.

When designing the contemporary lounge/dining/kitc

When designing the contemporary lounge/dining/kitchen spaces of this beautifully proportioned Regency villa, we envisioned a clean, modern take on its traditional, heritage framework with an open, light-filled plan. Simply opening the front door of the Edwardian-style façade unveils a dramatic surprise: a traditional hallway freshened up by a little lick of paint leading to a sumptuous lounge and dining area enveloped in crisp white walls and floor-to-ceiling glazing that spans the rear and side façades and look out to the sumptuous garden, its century-old weeping willow and oh-so-pretty Virginia Creepers. The result is an eclectic mix of old and new. All in all a vibrant home full of the owners personalities. Come on in!
